Approved Balls
Current NSNTA-approved tennis balls endorsed by the Annual General Meeting. Must be used in all competition matches.
Makes of balls adopted by the N.S.N.T.A. are only those endorsed at the Annual General Meeting (By-Law 54) based on Tennis Australia list of approved full compression balls as at 10th January 2026.

Clubs are given a grace period of 6 months to use up their supply of previously approved balls from the date they are removed from the Tennis Australia approved list. Clubs should email chairman@nsnta.org and advise the NSNTA if they are using this grace period. To view the list of previously approved balls, check the previous seasonÂ’s printed fixture or check with the Chairman of the Match and Permit Committee.
